What Every Marketer and Sales Professional Should Do

I’m a big fan of continues education, especially in the ever evolving world of sales and marketing.  One way that I enjoy educating myself is through reading insightful articles from the world’s leading professionals.  One article that I recently read was posted on linkedin written by Don Peppers founding partner at Peppers and Rogers Group at TeleTech.

Since building customer loyalty should be a priority for any business, finding the best ways to create that loyalty is important.  Reading this article and others like it will give a sales and marketing professional insight into how other companies have created customer loyalty successfully.
